Jefferson T. Ratliff
Jeff Ratliff has over 10 years of experience in investment real estate. During his career, he has been active in investment brokerage, property management, commercial leasing, syndication, and development and consulting. Since 1997, Mr. Ratliff has maintained a pronounced focus on multi-family assets and has extensive experience in the ownership and management of low-income affordable housing. Prior to forming Antelope, Mr. Ratliff served as a principal at AmeriSouth where he participated in the ownership and management of approximately 9,000 multi-family housing units, having held principal equity positions in over 4,000 units. At Antelope, Mr. Ratliff plays a principal role in the selection, analysis, and ongoing performance evaluation for all properties owned and managed by the firm.
G. Pat Wilson IV
Mr. Wilson has an extensive finance and operational background. Prior to Antelope, Mr. Wilson worked in the investment banking and private equity sectors, providing operating and investment guidance to corporate and institutional clients. During this time he facilitated the sale and acquisition of 15 enterprises representing an aggregate enterprise value of approximately $1.2 billion. At Antelope, Mr. Wilson provides operational guidance, transaction execution, financial modeling, project accounting, pro forma budgeting, cash flow forecasting. In addition, Mr. Wilson serves as a Manager for Antelope’s property management affiliate where he is responsible for the planning and implementation of strategic business plans, staff supervision, training and development related to onsite personnel, maintenance programming, financial performance oversight, and project budgeting and forecasting. Mr. Wilson holds a Certified Occupancy Specialist designation from The National Center for Housing Management.
Alison H. Wilson
Ms. Wilson is responsible for managing all communication, compliance, and interaction between Antelope and the respective affordable housing regulatory bodies including both HUD and Rural Development, including communication between owners, contract administrators and field offices. Ms. Wilson serves as Marketing Director for Antelope, managing the planning and execution of strategic marketing plans at both the firm and property level. Ms. Wilson also serves as Managing Member for Antelope's property management affiliate where she maintains principal responsibility for all regulatory and program compliance. Furthermore, Ms. Wilson plays a key role in the management and training of all on-site property staff as well as employee relations and oversight. Ms. Wilson holds a Certified Occupancy Specialist designation from The National Center for Housing Management.
